It's quite possible the speed-related values are given in kph on these charts. Translation Notes

Nobi ノビ

Late life on a pitch. Fastball Life 4 is ノビ 4 in the Japanese Power Pros, so I kept the translation consistent with that.--Odawali 01:11, 2 May 2008 (CDT)

Kyusoku 球速

Velocity. I think this refers to the raw speed ie at the point of release. Speed change seems to be governed by the Late Life parameter--Odawali 01:11, 2 May 2008 (CDT)

I'm begining to think Initial Pitch Speed and Pitch Speed Preservation (or Pitch Speed Retainment?) might better explain these two parameters. Comparing the Modification Choices and their effects, that's essentially what they seem to do.--Odawali 02:21, 2 May 2008 (CDT)
