Peter is the second baseman for the Tulips.  He seems to be a veteran player, but he remains with the team for the three years your character is with it.  He may become the first baseman if he end up switching positions if your character is a second baseman, too.  His hitting ability is not great, but it one of the better ones on the team.  He generally hits either second or fifth in the lineup.  He is an aspiring medic.  He is the first to notice Alvin's injury and explains this to the team a few weeks after.  He also may offer a stock investment.  It generally turns out to be a success increasing your invested money by approximately 50%.  He will also offer to change your batting stance.  This usually results in negative effects, but sometimes it will be successful, improving your stats and giving you an interesting stance.
