The blue/red pitchers ability, Poker Face, is more an aesthetic ability than practical, though it has a good use. The batters won't realize the pitcher is tiring and thus believe he's a full strength most of the game. As the player, you may have to make sure not to overextend the pitcher because you also won't see his fatigue.
