Before Marriage
During MLB Life, you can meet various ladies that you can date. The ladies have a Likability bar that maxes at 5 stars. In order to increase likability, you need to do things that they like. Once you max out the Likability bar, you may go steady with her. Once you are steady with her, you can ask her for her hand in marriage by purchasing an Engagement Ring from the store and taking her out to her favorite restaurant and "Pop the question". She will agree or decline depending on your current living arrangements and vehicles types owned. Once you are married, she will be able to bear children.

Mia
Mia is a sportscaster. You meet her at the beginning of MLB Life when she mistakes you for a roster player and interviews you. She likes Chinese and Family restaurants
Emily
Emily is a waitress. You meet her when you go to Lunch with Oakley when his Likability bar is at 3 stars. Once you max out her Likability, you can ask her to go to her favorite restaurant during the day (right before a night game) and she will ask you to prove your love by doing well in the game. If you do well in the night game, she will become steady with you. She likes Pasta and Steakhouse restaurants.
Evelyn
Evelyn is an actress. You meet her as a random event in the stadium before a game where she is filming a movie. She requires you have sunglasses to go on a date with her or else you will lose Likability. She likes French and Chinese restaurants.
Emma
Emma is a store clerk. You meet her as a random event when she explains she works at the store where you buy Powerin. She likes Mexican and Ethnic restaurants. She dislikes Japanese restaurant and chess.
Anna
Anna is a charity worker. You meet her once you've donated $100,000+. She likes <need restaurant info>.
Nicole
Nicole is a doctor. You meet her if you get hurt and is put on the disabled list. She likes Hamburger Joint and Pizza Place.
After Marriage

Wife
When you get married, the only way to interact with your wife is in "Chat", and here's the 3 options of things to say to her:
1. Ask her to rub your shoulders - Increase vitality (I think) and if you have a game that night, she will come watch you play
2. Ask her to clean your room - She will put the items in your inventory in order.
3. Ask her about the budget - She will tell you how much you make every month, and how much you've spent for the month you're in.
Note: If you neglect your wife she'll sometimes refuse to rub your shoulders or clean your room. Well that's realistic!
Children
After you have a kid, you don't get to interact with it at all. Nine months before the baby comes, your wife will tell you she's pregnant and tell you the exact date your baby is due. When the baby comes, you rush to the hospital, your wife says she's tired, and you name your baby. When you have kids and your wife rubs your shoulders before a game, instead of coming alone, she will say they came as a family to watch you play. As your child gets older, the picture next to his/her name changes. and here's the order:
1. Ages 1-3: Picture of baby (Boy and girl)
2. Ages 4-8: Picture of kid with beanie cap (Boy and girl)
3. Ages 9-16: Picture of boy with baseball cap (Boy)/Picture of girl with two pony tails (Girl)
4. Ages 17 and up: Picture of adult boy/girl
