This item lets you attempt to gain a stat increase or special skill, in exchange for all the experience points you currently have. Each skill or stat boost has a percentage chance of success from gambling; players often use this item with multiple save/reloads to get the skills that they want for their player.
The ticket costs $30 at Bison's shop ($27 after MoneyMan lvl 2 obtained).
In order to gamble for any particular skill, you must have at least 1 experience point in all required attributes.
