Base Running (Ability)

The ability, Base Running, is a 5-Scale Ability that affects how fast a player rounds the bases. When a player is rounding a base, they slow down to make the turn. Having Base Running 4 will allow the player to run faster when rounding the base, while Base Running 2 has the opposite effect.
