Scott Trzesniak

A mildly successful pitcher from the Netherlands, Trzesniak was picked up by an international scout for the Chargers. He is expected to provide versatility as a long man, spot starter, or even compete for a starting role.

Description

My first custom reliever for my Charlotte Chargers 2008 team, Trzesniak started out as an attempt at recreating Custom Players:Zack Brown, my breaking pitch specialist from last year's custom team. But Trzesniak got Good Sense, and started excelling a bit more; so I continued working his breaking pitches and got him better stamina and control. Eventually he had a maxed eval bar, and I pitched a complete game to win the AAA championship.

Trzesniak is a long reliever / swing man, with a good foshball and knuckler, and a sinker and slow curve to keep hitters off balance. He's no slouch, with a 94mph fastball, and enough control to spot any of his pitches. Depending on how the rest of the roster shapes up, look for Trzesniak to make a run at the 5th starter's job, bumping King or Gregorio to long man roles.
