Surprise Bags can net you various items, such as psychic goggles, or tourmaline ring. But are usually S/L until the Gambler's Ring, or a Secrets/Legends book is obtained. In MLB Power Pros 2008, it can be obtained by working for Jaw, the Private Investigator.
