You begin the game in AAA if you don't meet the manager's expectations in Spring training. For hitter, the Manager expects you hit 500+ and get 2 hits a day while he expects pitchers to never give up a run. Like in the Major leagues, Triple A plays series against other teams. The schedule is the same as the Majors.
