Free Time MLB Life 2008

You have "free time" as a progress action instead of practice, game, or travel. There are four options in free time: Hobby, Practice Alone, Rest, and Chat.
Hobby
Work on a hobby. Hobbies can give you abilities after you max them out.
Practice Alone
Conduct your own practice. Items can be purchased to improve Experience gained.
Rest
Recover Vitality.
