You get lovesickness randomly when you are going on a date with either Becky, Sarah, or Annie. When you have lovesickness, the only choice you have is to go on a date. You cannot do anything else like sleep, practice, study, part-time job, or go to the hospital to check for injury. The only way to cure lovesickness (besides taking medicine) is to get your ladies man rating to lv. 2 which is a hunk(?).
