Vitality is your injury rating. If your vitality is high, the chances of you getting injured during practice are low. If your vitality is low, the chances of you getting injured during practice are high.

Ways vitality can decrease:

  • practicing
  • studying
  • certain random events

Ways vitality can increase

  • sleeping
  • using items such as powerin, candy, ect
  • certain random events
