The blue pitching ability, Gyroball, gives the pitcher's 4SFB a football-like spin and slight downward movement. The exact quote is "The pitched ball spins like a gyroscope, making the ball appear to be moving faster".

The characteristics of the pitch (late life and slight drop near the plate) suggests that the in-game Gyroball is of the four-seam variety. The on-screen animation also shows four seams rotating parallel to the ground, the definition of a four-seam gyroball ^[1].

The Gyroball ability can be acquired at random in the following events:

• Using the Challenge card on Annie at the amusement park
• Using the Challenge card on Becky for the Valentine's Date in the third year
• On Sarah's random event in which she gets a silver award at the photo contest.
