This is a Random Event found in Success Mode that does not make use of Fate Cards. Depending on the result it will affect your character in various ways.

Summary

Marvin asks you to play Rock, Paper, Scissors to decide who goes to buy drinks. It is unknown if the results are random or not. This is what I have found.
