VS Runner

VS Runner is a 5-Scale Ability for pitchers. Unlike other 5-Scale Abilities, it can only be neutral (3) or negative (2).

A pitcher with the negative VS Runner 2 ability will suffer diminished break and speed on his pitches with runners on.
