Poor Communicator gives you only 3 fate cards instead of 4. It gives you the purple ability Clumsiness. It is the opposite of polished socializer which increases your fate card total to 5, resulting in Worldly.

Can be acquired when choosing a Marvin Card during Hot Coffee event.
