Behind the Scenes
His counterpart in the Japanese Power Pros series is Akio Yabé. Marvin's very first appearance in the franchise dates back to Jikkyou Powerful ProYakyu 10, where the player will meet Marvin as Yabé's doppelganger when he travels to the USA. His name in the Japanese series is Yarben Diyans, which rough translates to "Chief, I'm Yabé", a play on Yabé's idiosyncratic phrase.
