Character Profile
Patrick is the original rival to Alvin during Success Mode. He plays catcher for the World Gatherings and has a unique single-handed batting stance. He is rather full of himself and arrogant, but he does possess skill.
It is later revealed that Patrick was Alvin's catcher previously; he is widely respected for handling Alvin's pitches (especially the knuckler) and calling a great game. The turning point in Alvin's career came when Patrick missed a game, leading to a blowout where Alvin performed miserably; everyone assumed it was because Patrick had not been there to call the game, which leads Alvin to strike out on his own and join the Tulips.
