Summary

These are a series of Random Events in Success Mode 2008. Each event can only be triggered in order.

Events

1st Event: No Memories But Baseball (Random/Free Time)

This event can be triggered randomly or by visiting the Vicinage in Free Time. Chief meets Marvin who mentions he has no memory outside of playing baseball. Marvin cannot remember growing up or what he used to do, but he does remember eating a hamburger for breakfast yesterday. Chief tells Marvin he's probably tired and that he should get some rest.

  • Energy +2, Mentality +3

2nd Event: Star of a Video Game (Random)

Marvin notes how the shape of cloud is always the same, and further speculates the world is a video game and that Chief is its star. He asks Chief whether he feels someone else is making all the decisions for him.

  • No way.
    • Chief tells Marvin he should put his time to better use. The two run off the park.
    • Energy +2, Strength +11, Mentality +3
  • Well, now that I think about it...
    • Marvin reveals he was only joking.
    • Motivation -1, Energy +2, Mentality +4, Chance of Fat Pitch, Error Prone

3rd Event: Tipping The Game Balance (Random)
