Description
A pitcher enters a rattled state when they are knocked around in a game. Depending on the severity, the player can show a slight flinch before setting up, see stars flying, or appear literally knocked out.
Effects
- Pitcher is visually upset
- Diminished speed and break on pitches.
- Increased likelihood of misthrowing a pitch.
- Stamina drain increased drastically.
Related Abilities
- Poker faced pitchers are still prone to the effects of being rattled, but they will not show it visually.
- Poise ability affects the pitcher's susceptibility to being rattled.
- Hothead pitchers are immune to being rattled and will instead blow off steam.
