Sarah is one of three potential girlfriends you can hang out with during Success Mode. You only have on chance to meet her, and that is to use a "Yes" card when the Pi Pi Pi member asks you to join his fraternity. Saying anything else will keep you from meeting Sarah. Once you meet Sarah there is a large chance she will be a part of your random events, which can be a good or bad thing. She constantly likes taking pictures of you since she is an amateur photographer and is constantly trying to bring attention to her father's camera he invented.
