Alvin is your rival from the beginning. He is a star player who mistook the Tulips to be an elite team (the Tulip's LADIES' softball team was the good one). He impresses everyone from the start. Unfortunately, most of the time he develops a shoulder injury that goes unnoticed (except by Peter). He leaves the team. The next time you meet him will be in the Championship game of Year 3, during which he will be a member of the opposition. Sometimes, if he becomes the Tulip's team captain, he will stay, making the game a lot easier because he such a phenomenal pitcher and can hit fairly well.
