Motivation only appears in Success Mode and is unrelated to the Spirit System. Definition

Acutally the Spirit System is a system that allows in-game changes to form depending on player performance. (ex if a player hits a homer his form improves in the next at-bat) As far as I know it can only be turned on for exhibition games so there is no carry over. Motivation only appears in Success Mode and is unrelated to the Spirit System. Most of the explanation on this page seem to be about form itself.--Odawali 00:50, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
