This is a Random Event found in Success Mode that makes use of Fate Cards. Depending on the result it will affect your character in various ways.
Summary
People are chanting about how they want to go to New York. Marvin then asks you if you have ever been.

Challenge - You ask Marvin to go to New York but he would rather play video games

NOTE : There is a mixup in the game concerning this event. If you choose "No" your player will respond as if you chose "Yes" and vice versa. This guide does NOT correct this. Outcomes listed for these choices are as they appear in-game. There is a separate Random Event that is a continuation of this that involves the same contest with Las Vegas as the destination.
