Ability Description

"The pitched ball spins like a gyroscope, making the ball appear to be moving faster"

The Gyroball ability gives the pitcher's 4SFB a football-like spin and slight downward movement.

The characteristics of the pitch (late life and slight drop near the plate) suggest that the depicted gyroball is of the four-seam variety. The on-screen animation also shows four seams rotating parallel to the ground, fitting the definition of a four-seam gyroball [1].
