[Good quick release, not prone to steals]/[Avg. quick release, somewhat prone to steals]/[Poor quick release, prone to steals]

Release is a 5-scale pitching ability that represents the pitcher's effectiveness in preventing stolen bases.

A positive Release (Release 4) will decrease a runner's Stealing ability by 1. For example, Stealing 4 becomes Stealing 3, and a Stealing 3 will be reduced to Stealing 2.

A negative Release (Release 2) has the opposite effect, increasing a runner's Stealing ability by 1.
