Is Annie only available if you decline to do the Pi Pi Pi rush, and therefore don't meet Sarah? I have never seen both in the same game; it appears your Pi Pi Pi decision may determine if you meet Sarah, or Annie.
The timeline lists the earliest possible Annie meeting 2 weeks before the Pi Pi Pi event; in that case, meeting both girls IS possible. This needs to be verified.
