The Rookie Charm is an item in Success Mode. Players start with one in their inventory at the beginning of each new player. It is also available at Bison's Shop

Item Effects

  • Lock-on enabled in player-controlled at-bats.
  • Auto Baserunning and Auto Fielding when player has full control of game; i.e. Captaincy and Super Star Game in Success Mode 2007, final Galaxy Sharks game in 2008.
  • Lessens experience point gain in games.
