The blue ability, Pivot Man, should be usually reserved to Shortstops and 2nd Basemen that throw right-handed as they are the ones most often turning double plays. (All seven 2007 season mode players that have this ability meet this criteria.) I suppose it couldn't hurt if a pitcher could attain this ability as in rare occurrences where a Shortstop or 2nd Baseman might be out of position and the pitcher commands 2nd base, but it would be a very rare occurrence.
