Sparkplug (ムードメーカー, lit: Mood Maker) is a blue/red ability, It can be either a bonus to a detriment to your team. The exact description is "Batting results influences the team's morale". This means if the player with this ability bats well, your team's morale will increase and make them all better. The opposite, however, is also true.
