Arian Foster got a career ending injury, but he has a ton of money lying around. He is from the Beautiful City of Albequerque.
Suddenly, Arian decided that he wanted to own a baseball team. Football was to depressing for him because of the career ending injury, so he decided he wanted to own a baseball team. He thought, where should it be? Maybe I should call Frank Mccourt about the Dodgers. But then, it hit him, he would get a team in Albequerque, A new team.

Meanwhile Bud Selig was sitting in his office thinking about how to make more money. Then it hit him, two new teams, that will make the league shoot up in popularity, the AL only has 14 teams and the NL has 16 so Bud would just add two to the NL. What A genius idea, Bud thought to himself. The Japan baseball leagues are starting to come close to the MLB in popularity so I can just add a team in Japan, called the Tokyo Samurai, I can get Takanobu Ito, the owner of Honda to own the team. But who should the other team go to?

Noooo, the Texans are supposed to make the playoffs...

Bud: Hello, Major League Baseball
Arian: Hi, this is Arian Foster, the former running back for the Texans who just got a career ending injury.
Bud: Oh sorry about the injury. But can I get your autograph! Oh and go ask Roger Goodell how he makes so much money and tell me.
Arian: But what I was really calling about is I wanted to own a Baseball team
Bud: Where do you want it? Las Vegas? Honolulu?
Arian: I just want it in my home town of Albequerque.
Bud: sure, that's fine, But are you sure you don't want a team in Las Vegas?
Arian: I'm sure
Bud: Okay Arian, You'll get a team tomorrow, it will be in the AL West

Arian hired Rudy Fox to be his scout. Since Arian is smart, he decided to take one of the assistant GM's from a team who does very well with not much money. Arian decided to hire Billy Ryan(actual D'backs assistant GM), Diamondbacks assistant GM. The story will now be told through Billy.

"Billy you have to come see this guy!" Said Rudy Fox, the scout, "he crushes home Runs and is a terrific defensive catcher, his name is Lars Wagner" "Okay" said Billy "where do we have to go?" "Nowhere, he is the best independent league player ever in the history of Albequerque" "Okay let's go" said Billy

After watching Wagner, Billy and Rudy were definitely impressed. Rudy said this is how he would grade him on An A-G scale
