This is probably a stupid question with an obvious answer, but is there a way to change rosters to update to account for trades? I know how to do Arrange mode, but you can only take players from other teams to your team. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe there is a way to send players from your team to another team.

There wasn't on last year's and they more than likely didn't add anything like that.
