Today brought back some memories, at lunch, me and 3 other guys were playing a game of Yu-Gi-Oh, it was really quite old school.

We got a cop at our school today. It is some program the cops have. We had one last year too. Anyway, his name is Trent. He's pretty cool. He sat down next to me at breakfst this morning. :)

We have to go to this thing called KJCL (Kentucky Junior Classical League) Convention for school. Private schools all over Kentucky stay at a hotel in Louisville over the weekend and play Roman themed games and swim in a pool. Then, you take Latin tests, and if you score high enough, you go to state.

I just let my mom and sister go I stay home. Man oh man If only this topic was alive for the 2010-11 school year. What an insane year. Anyone want to hear about it? This will be a story I pass on from generation to generation.

So here is what happened last year. In September the girl I had a crush on moved so that was bad. After that I found a group of new friends after my old friends got annoying. After that I kind of slacked off and didn't do my homework so I always had somebody yelling at me. (Which is why my log will be on hold throughout much of September). The year consisted much of me and my friends getting in trouble an being class comedians ( Class clowns try too hard and are more popular). As the year went on I found that my home room teacher was an immature jerk who couldn't act his age. One time my buddy and I came in for seventh period and my friend's neck was red. So without even asking my friend my teacher assumed we got in a fight. We almost got in big trouble, but after two days he found that we were friends and let us go saying " If you want to fight just do wrestling club in your basement." So now that's a running joke in our group. Finally on the last day of school my teacher called my same friend and me in after period 1 and got me in trouble for PLAGIARISM! We worked together on one poem in a poetry packet and he gave me an F. Hopefully seventh grade will be better...

I'm going into 8th grade, I think there are quite a few others who are too. We have an orientation meeting on Wednesday. I don't really know why my class needs it, its not like its our 1st year of middle school.

I'm starting 8th grade as well. :D

I have no orientation or anything as I have already been at the same school for two years, and I know where everything is.

Hopefully I get my homeroom in the mail before I leave on Wednesday...
