Just bumped to expert as well. You're all right. It's much more challenging than last year. It's fun not dominating the league.

My second baseman is leading the hapless Royals MLB team in most offensive categories except through May. If the manager would stop moving him around in the batting order he might have more RBIs. He's batted everywhere in the order so far.

Stats so far: .296, 10 HR, 20 RBI, 2 SB.

I love that I'm fighting to hit over .300

I've been having fun with not dominating also. But you guys are lucky to be battling for .300. I'm a pinch hitter right now and I'm struggling to make sure that I get at least one hit each game.

What position are you playing and with what team? I'm on KC with Mark Grudzielanek ahead of me and no DH to speak of so it was a little easier to break into the lineup.

Just about to start, I'm very excited, I'll be using the guy I posted in password exchange, at first he was supposed to resemble me, but I'm no power hitter, it was just so easy to tac on power I just kept adding and adding. I probably will make it pretty far tonight because I'll be addicted to it.

Im a Phillies 3B, but they put me in 1B ahead of Ryan Howard, instead of putting me at 3B.

That may be why they moved you over. you must have some pop to hit over Ryan Howard

He began with con-1 pwr-145 trj-3, but my genius hitting left me in the middle of august batting .595 with 75 homers, unfortunately, i chose the homerun donation so im not sure if ill have enough cash

On expert level, I have been floating back and forth between AAA and the Majors for the past couple of months. I'm batting .280ish as a catcher in the minors with 6 HR's and 22 RBIs, but I can't draw a walk to save my life. Literally, I have drawn zero walks.

Yeah, I'm kind of worried about that too. I think I'll try to just get around 35 just to make sure I don't go broke. There's gotta be a way to rework your contract.

It's a lot harder to draw walks on expert mode. I've been a bit too aggressive trying to get out of my slump (breaking rule #1 of slump recovery) to draw any. The pitchers have been painting the corners really well against my guy so I give them the benefit and hack at those borderline pitches.

I play on Expert difficulty.

I got a chance to be a starter in spring training(not sure if everyone does or because my character is really good) and I went 0-3 and got sent to AAA. Well, I have really proved them that it was a mistake...
9 games batting in the 3 hole
.428 BA(something around there, only 6 contact but it's mostly been power swings that get me HR's or line drive singles)
5 HR's
7 RBI's

My offense is my only game, I have yet to hit a double even when I crush the ball and it goes to the wall, I have 6 speed. My defense is bad, and I'm blocked by Soriano is Chicago, and I don't have a 2nd position so it will be interesting to see what they do with me. I might cool down, or I'll just continue to dominate because my guy is so good.

I'm with the Braves battling for the RF spot. I'm the main PH.

I hope your guy doesnt go bankrupt and has to bum money off the streets, hopefully you just go
into the red, like success, and canget money back the next year. Im sure my contract will be huge, so i may be ok.

With those stats by August he will paid in a major way. That would be kinda cool if you do go bankrupt and have to fight your way back into positive cash flow. Living in a cardboard box, it might be tough to stay focused on baseball.
