I've actually heard mixed reviews about the Cars 2 movie, mostly from my mom's co-workers when she tells me what they thought of it. (She works in a school, so most of those co-workers are parents, too.)

My top 5:
1. Garden State (Zach Braff is genius, And Natalie portman is... Natalie portman. Great humor and seriousness at the same time.)
2. My Cousin Vinny (I can quote this movie so much... Marisa Tomei won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. And rightfully so.)
3. The princess Bride (Really? Nobody's mentioned this yet? Sad day, it is. xD)
4. Ferris Bueller's Day Off (As much of a classic as princess Bride. Did you know Ben Stein's economics lecture was done off the top of his head?)
5. Scott pilgrim Vs. The World (I don't know what it is about this movie that I like so much. probably the whole scene with Crash and the Boys. xD)

Honorable Mention: Get Smart (loved the original show, love this version. And Steve Carell is hilarious.)

I loved The Princess Bride that one was great. I had to read the book in reading class last year and I enjoyed it as much as the movie.

Yeah, I went looked it up. The cast looks interesting. I want to see if all of those unheard-of kid actors play the roles well. I'm excited!!

Nobody has mentioned X-Men: Origins yet, which is by far the best superhero movie I have seen so far, even though I had no knowledge whatsoever about X-Men prior to seeing the movie.

Recently saw a movie called The Conspirator about a woman involved in the Lincoln Assassination plot. Highly recommend it. Some language sprinkled throughout, and some violence, but other than that, not bad.

Just watched Soul Surfer tonight. Excellent movie. Was impressed by how well they made a two-armed actor play a one-armed character.
