once u get old is there any way to try to stop losing ur abilities, ive went from 100 to 95 on my fastball already?

Protein can help, it maintains your abilities when you begin to decline, but soon protein only help to kepp em there for a little bit.

also my pitcher played 15 yrs {mostly simming} and got 4000 K's 350 wins, won pitcher of the year and triple crown 12 times and his number still wasnt retired? is there any way to get a number retired, because u know at the beggining the manager says if ur really good u could get ur number retired?

I wouldn't know how number retiring works, you'd probably need to actually retire first...Just try it and don't save.

As far as I know, you never get your number retired. It's just something the coach says, and forgets in 20 years ('cuz he's old!!)
