MLB Players don't get paid real dollars. They get paid in points. And you only earn points if your team plays well or if someone wins an indvidiual player award. There are no points for selling tickets, parking, souveneirs, or concessions.

First 'true' thing on this board? First one I've seen.

Anyways, I learned that in business, it's okay to make your product's seven fans believe that there will be another product of its kind for months...before you tell them that the 'sequel' won't be released...only to, months later, pull their strings again and say 'it hasn't been forgotten.' 2K sucks.

That if you edit all your pitchers to have all A's and lvl7 breaking balls he can throw a shutout, no-no, or perfecto every appearance!(I did this with the M's and every pitcher was throwing these!)

If you're a manager, it's important to read your players' facial expressions. For example, if a player's face is a light purple and his face is doing flips, put him in coach because he's ready to play! If his face is a dark purple and shaped like a football, bench him!

Also, red doesn't meant angry; it means above average condition. Players with red faces should probably play too.

That a knuckleball is just a slight breaking pitch instead of being random...When I throw with Wakefield it always breaks left or right like a big loopy curve.

Baseball fields sometimes have buried treasure chests. Said chests can be uncovered by winning a baseball game, participating in a home run derby, moving from AA to the Majors, etc. For some reason, your dog is always present as soon as you find one of these hidden treasure troves.
