I was actually curious about this. I really like it from the pitching perspective, because it makes it more of a challenge for me to pitch, but I suck at fielding when using this camera. Maybe I'll get used to it with time, but it seems like it takes way too long to switch to the fielding view after contact, allowing the cpu to get hits when I probably should've gotten to the ball.

I wouldn't mind pitching from that view, but I couldn't bat from that view. I should switch and try pitching like that.

Wow. It really is harder. The pitching isn't that hard, but I go completely the wrong way reacting to a ball hit in play.

I always use that view, since the beginning - just makes more sense.

But yah. it causes about 3 extra hits a game, as i sent my 3B diving into foul ground instead of diving towards the ball.

Fielding is for sure harder using the camera behind the pitcher, but it makes more sense to do so...

I usually have automatic fielding on anyway!

Is automatic fielding on in regular games better than the horrid fielding in success and my life?

It probably is if you set it to auto powerful.

That part always gets at me when choosing the camera view,still If its in Mylife and I was pitcher Id choose pitcher cam.

I use the behind the pitcher view. It makes pitching more fun for me, not necessarily easier but definitely more fun. I agree though, it does make those line drives to third base hard to field.

Alright, so it's not just me. I figure I'll get better at the fielding with time, but that there will still be some balls that I can't get to when I probably should normally. I'll live with it.

I really like pitching from this camera, mainly because it gives me a different view. I was getting tired of the same camera view all game long.

I've tried it before, but my main problem is that I can't see the strike zone as easily, so I end up throwing pitches straight down the middle instead of spotting them on the corners.

I like it. Makes it more realistic.

I never use it, and I hate that you have to use it when watching games.

you can change it by pressing a button, I think it's A or A & B.
