Easy for you to say, you are a Mariners fan and you probably live in the west coast. If you live in the east coast you know a lot of Yankees/phillies fans are constantly being trolled by them.

The Yankees winning, well, let's just say I woudn't here the end of it from my Yankee freinds (Am I the only guy that reailzes the Yanks AND the Cowboys are both overpayed, slezy owned organinzations?). But the Phillies, ugh, my brave side of my heart says to die if the Phils win. Why oh why Angels could you not get a lead and why oh why weather could you have held up for 9 innings for a comeback? Well, ABY (no, I do know my ABC's, try to figure out what I mean).

Edit:

 Sorry Yankees. It's all ready been done due to this little guy named "Jackie Robinson". Because of you and your "brillant" idea because "he had the number before it was retired" has made the number, well, a good triva question, and a knock off to Jackie. I still think the Yanks bribed the league to allow it.

Poor Indian's fans watching this game
Sabathia and Lee, two cy young winners that they traded away both starting game 1...

To the Yankees fans if the Yankees win then they're automaticaly the team of this century, the fans will think that the mlb should retire Rivera's number in every mlb ballpark, jeter will be the best defensive shortstop in the majors, Damon will be a five tool player all of a sudden and red sox fans will never hear the end of it, we can win 4 straight and they still won't shut up. And to the phillies fans, the phillies are automaticaly the team of this century, Ryan Howard will be better than Albert pujols and the best NL team to live if they repeat...

Kinda like what happened to the Sox back in '04 and '07? Your story matches the exact thing, just replace Jeter with Dustin Pedroia, Rivera with Papelbon, Howard with Youkilis, and Damon with, well... Damon!!

That doesn't match up all the way

first of all pedroia is a better defensive player at his position than jeter is at shortstop
Rivera and papelbon matches but I think using Rivera was a bad example(for me)
and I've never heard of anyone say that youkilis is better than pujols, Not even red sox trolls and I'm talking about the stuff I see from the MLB message boards, I have no clue what the red sox fans were like in 2004 or 2007 and I'm talking about what I'm seeing now there

And now the Yankees lead

this is one of those series where's I have no clue what to say so far

but even if the Phillies lose tonite, then they'll still have a chance thanks to Cliff Lee and being at home, a game 6 or 7 if necessary is a different story..
