Looking at the numbers it looked like piniero
I'm bad at projecting sports things and it ends up the opposite so the angels will sweep tommorow

Ibanez has 20 million owed for the next 2 years. No team would trade for a 37 year old outfielder. Even if they did, they would ask the Phillies to pay off most of the remaining salary. Holliday will be about 5 year/90-100 million. That would put the Phillies salary to 150 million I think.

Sadly, Holliday wants to play for the Yankees. That's also where I see him going, since I think Matsui and Damon are coming off the books this year, along with a few other big money contracts. Still, because he has Boras as an agent, he'll get something around 100-120 million over 6-8 years. That's about twenty million a year. Who can afford that? Off the top of my head, Yankees, Angels, and the Red Sox.

Holliday was made for the Fenway though. =) He'd be able to abuse that green monster like there's no tomorrow.
