What is level in my abilities screen? Often after certain things My level will increase. I'm currently at an A level and nothing increases. I assume I'm maxed out. Also what does level do for you? What is the difference between a "D" and an "A"? Please help!

The better your level, the better your "status" is, i guess.
players like pujols and big papi would be A's, guys like, say, pablo sandoval and michael bourn would probably be B's, and guys like skip schumaker and those AAA'ers are D level players.

does the level earn me anything?

If you choose the normal difficulty level once you're on "A" it becomes harder to hit, no too hard though.
