How do you get Poor sense?

A lot of questions can be answered by reading the whole paragraph instead of small parts of it.

Okay cool, but how do you get it? Do you just s/l until you get it?

there are two ways to get rid of it (or if you have normal sense, to go up to good sense):
1. complete frank's arc (or S/L like crazy to get it when you eat 8roastball.
2. Sittch's second event (look behind the tree, you have to S/L for this too quite a bit.) This is what method I use, since I always do Sittch's arc anyways

Just to clarify, it's the second Broast Ball event (at Frank's house, not the restaurant). I S/L the first one for an eternity before I knew any better.
