On Crabtree, your drafted player:

You've gotten what's called a "super rookie". This type of pitcher will always have G control, D stamina, 90 mph, with tremendous breaking balls. I have gotten two of this type of pitcher so far, one of them having the infamous level 4 2SFB (the first 4 2SFB was also a super rookie).

July 3- Niekro to DL, Ludwick called up

The Deserts have made a move today to send Lance Niekro on the 15-day DL with pains in his elbow, he is set to come back after the all-star break. Niekro registered a 1.71 ERA but has no pitched a whole lot of innings this far. Benny Ludwick was called up from AAA GoldenApple's. He is also in the password exhchange right now

I've just made a minor move with the Astros

I get:
P- Bazardo(2.25 ERA)
P- Cassell(4.78 ERA)
C- J.R Towles(.147, 1 HR)

Astros Get:
P- Niekro(1.88 ERA, 20 IP)
P- Darvish(4.98 ERA)

I made this move because I need a AAA catcher, I don't need Niekro because of how good Ludwick has been, Cassell is Matt Cassel's brother, Darvish has struggled and I get to call up my super rookie Crabtree

Here are the interesting stuff that's happened in July

September 9th update: With my team at 89-53 it seems like I'm close to finishing the division and I will soon
My magic number is 2 so a I think a win and a royals loss gets me to the playoffs early(KC is 19 games behind) but this'll be during the last game of a series against the Blue Jays, and after I play the Royals at Kauffman stadium for 4 games so I'm very close to a division crown
