Well, first you need to save and reload. Thats how you get the all A's characters.
You also need to have a plan. Each plan is different, you can use someone elses or make up your own.
A plan involves doing something every week.
Dr. Goodjob is also a help so reload for him.
Save Load after every turn, and use gambling tickets/rings.
An optional note, if you're a pitcher you can create an original pitch.

Reloading is just that, reloading a previous save point.

Of course, because the only save option is "Save and Exit," you have to 'waste' the time to save, quit, restart success mode.

Usual things of note:

*If the shop is present this turn, if you save and exit BEFORE visiting the shop, the items available will rotate on each reload. Once you see it, the shop's inventory stands firm.
*Reloading can possibly net you the same 'new card' in a fate-card decision. Shutting the Wii down entirely may resolve the issue.
*Reloading for a specific event (orig pitch/Dr. Goodjob) can be extrememly time-consuming, and requires a lot of patience.

As far as having a plan, know what you want to make before you get started. If you are doing a middle reliever, you can do strength training during year one four or five times, hit the hyper recovery bonus, and have enough strength points to give your pitcher a high D or low C Stamina. The rest of the time you can concentrate on Control, breaking pitches, and abilities.

Read the RSoohoo guide for pitchers and the guide Odawali put up for Shadow Pitching, as those are great sources for ideas, and the Wiki is the combined knowledge of the many people who frequent this site and love the game.

I personally have gone through SM enough times that I have adopted the same general plan for the first few months of year 1, and then go from there depending on what kind of character I want.

Dr. Goodjob isn't a must-have for an all-A fielder (although, it won't be a 255 power). A combination of heavy gambling, and other good events will help - getting the letter from Major Leaguer, and other things.

Getting an all A fielder is easy if you aren't worried about having a power hitter. Many of the points you will need come from games played in year two and three. So if you save and reload enough times to make sure you win the CKS both years, that should be good enough to get you there. Gambling will expedite this as well. Most of my strong fielding characters have all A's in Con, Spd, Arm, Fld, and ERES. The power is usually a E or D.

A good fielder with limited offense should look something like
2: Traj
C+: Con
E: PWR
C+: SPD

And of course you want to have the rest A's. The Traj you can get out of one training by gambling. The power should only take 5 strength trainings and the hyper recovery following to get. The speed and D stats come fast with game experience.

Not sure what to tell you, given that I'm taking pictures of the password screens there's pretty much zero chance of error. So you literally tried all of them, as in spending probably a couple of hours entering password after password? I know J-Gao has used at least a few of my players.

All I can say is go back over the passwords carefully. I know when I'm entering other people's passwords I almost never get it right the first try. When I go back over what I've entered and compare to the actual password, I find that I've selected the wrong character once or twice, and once I fix the mistakes the game takes the password. I know the upper case "I" and lower case "l" look identical, so you have to watch the colors to know which is which.

You're probably entering it wrong.

I don't believe that Wyl would go through the trouble of editing actual password photos into fake passwords.

That's a lot of work for no reward.

It should just automatically show the character when you enter it.
