Play small ball for the rest of the game. That's what I would do.

Get the leadoff man on base any way. bunt him up. Then either hit a grounder to first or in the hole of first and second. Get that second base runner to third ANYWAY you can. then get him home anyway you can.

Update: 1-2-3 inning for Masset and Pettite was taken out of the game with elbow pains and now Petit is coming in the 8th

The only guys who can play small ball are Hawk and Caroll and Caroll already has a SB but I hit into an inning ending DP

But now Cooper, Smith and House are up in the 9th, I suppose I could bunt with House(he has gd bunt) if Smith and Cooper get on but Smith and Cooper are my homerun guys so small ball doesn't work with them. But Cooper actually had 17 stolen bases next year and Posada doesn't have a great arm so I'll try it
