I know that. Cabrera deserved it too. He has the AL's 3rd best batting average.

the scary thing is that cabrera may not have reached his full potential yet.
and hill makes such a great story, after what happened last season:
http://mlb.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd ... p&c_id=tor
it ruined last year, which was going to be almost as good as this year.
still, he's showing amazing power overall, much less for a middle infielder.

Hill>Pedroia this season so I think that Hill shouldve started

And I'm glad that Wakefield made the team for the first time in his 17 year career

there's still a final vote, I don't care who wins in the AL but I want Sandoval or Reynolds in the NL, but victorino is probably going to win

I don't think Red Sox fans should be able to vote. I mean honestly? Pedroia?

Pedroia was an awful pick in my opinion
Hill: 20 or so homeruns, .300 or so average
Pedroia: 3 homeruns(just got it today) and .286 or do average

I agreed with the other all-star selections for the red sox except not really Wakefield, his ERA is too high

ERA doesn't matter if you're winning. Plus you should expect Wakefield to have a fairly high ERA considering he throws the Knuckler about 95%ish of the time. When Wake loses I also say blame the Knuckler not Wakefield beacause on some nights, knuckleball will be floating well. On others.... Not so much.

Please vote for Ian Kinsler. This kid's having an amazing year.

&

I also voted for Sandoval, even though the NL has a bunch of All-Star 1B

Sandoval can play 1B but he's been a 3B this year

And to dr.mario: Wins aren't really a major stat to me when your ERA was 4.30 but he's been adding up the innings and has 10 wins, which is big for all-star voting

But this thing is mainly a popularity contest as we all know but the coaches and managers at least pick some players that shouldve been in.

Reynolds needs to get in. And why is Pence the only 'Stro that got in? Pedroia, Jeter, and Ichiro all don't belong...

Tejada got voted in too as a reserve

And Jeters having a good season but Bartlett should be starting and Ichiro leads the lead in average...

I wouldn't call hitting .256 amazing. I would pick Adam Lind for the AL final man.

I voted for Adam Lind. Kid is having a break out a year. To bad we don't have a DH this year but then again that would've just gone to Ortiz anyway wheather he deserves it or not.
