I don't think that will happen because:

1. They didn't release it until the end of July last year and it seems they might be having some sort of difficulties in making the game this year so I think the end of July is the earliest it will release.

2. They haven't announced the release officially yet so I think there's almost no way it would come out that quickly.

You know what I think, the game will eventually come out. Reason is the Japanese version is so close and could be close to an American version. Just the content of the game looks very similar. Just the option I found yesterday playing the game. Were jack the aunouncer is still there along with the Japanese one. The option to make Jack the default anouncer is very fishy to me, were as if they could just take the Japanese anouncer out of the game. Would be very easy when it comes time to down content the game as for gettig it ready for porting the game over. I mean he says everthing as he would in the other games except he's not behind in game aunouncing. I wish I knew how to get a video of the game so you guys can see it for yourself.

Man the game is so indept. It would take me a good 10 minutes to find the option then do my trial and error thingy. But I must say this could well be the BEST power pro version, so much content. There's even credits that can be played

It was? Close enough. That's practically august, and i didn't get it until the end of august anyway.
