No, Konami will release this long after most of it's other franchies. It's easy to have it ready, it's just a matter of when is it the best tiem to release it, mainly at the time it will take the least away from it's other games.

well, no, i mean becuase they seem to release them in august or september, seeing as how thats what i remember 07 and 08 being released here

They have the same systems as us. Just they have to make it not get blocked by the region lock.
