Another close game while Wang and Street stcombined to 1-hit the Rays. It was close til the 8th when Teixara hit a 2 run homerun to put the game out of reach

Yankees @ Tigers- Game 2

Final Score: Tigers win 4-3

Wow, this was a great game. The Tigers scored 1st in the 2nd then the yankees tacked on 3 in the 4th thanks to a 3 run homerun by Delgado to take a 3-1 lead into the 8th where the Tigers came back vs Aaron Harang. With 2 outs in the 8th and 2 on, Ortiz hit a double to tie it and Carlos Lee drove him in. Papelbon came on for the 9th and ran into trouble but was able to strike out Posada with the tying and winning runs on 2nd and 3rd, that was the game.

W- Santana(8.0 IP, 3 Runs)
L- Harang(7.2 IP, 4 Runs)
S- Papelbon(2)
HR- Delgado(1) (Yankees)

Tigers: Morneau: 2-3, RBI
Yankees: Pujols: 2-3, 2B

Rays @ Astros- Game 2

Final Score: Rays win 2-1

Another close game with great starting pitching. A-Rod smacked his first homerun in the first and the Rays would'nt look back as they beat the 'Stros 2-0.

Note: Every starter has gone at least 7.2 IP. That'll probably change with the bottom part of everyones rotation coming up

Giants @ Red Sox- Game 2

Final Score: Giants win 2-1 in 16 innings

The first extra innings game of the year was another day for the pitchers and it was the battle of the bullpens. Both teams scored in the 7th and in the top of the 16th, Crawford beat out and infield single that scored the winning run. Street got Ichiro to ground out the end the game
