hey cjkstriker i pitch and the first thing you need to do is learn control. if you can it your target you can surive with just a fastball

to throw a sinker put your index and middle fingers together and place them on the seams have the seam follow down your hand and dont place your thumb on the seam. spin it off index and middle finger and throw it like a fastball and it will act like a fastball then drop just bellow the bat

to throw a forkball place your index and middle finger on two seams and have the seam loop back to your fingers(like a rainbow look) when throwing it take some off of it not entirely like a changeup just a little and spin the ball good ( if you condstrate on spining the ball your going to screw it up) and watch the ball drop.

it would be nice if i knew how to release the knuckleball, i know how to grip it but i cant understand how to release it
